October 8, 2025 - Organizational Meeting
HOA meeting dates and introduce you to the newest members of the Board of Directors; elected to office on Wednesday, October 8, 2025:
❖ Unfortunately very minimal neighborhood participation and no new members for 2026.
As a reminder, the following individuals were elected to the Board of Directors serving terms from previous year:
❖ Brett Frith
❖ Renee Cline
❖ David Rakowczyk
❖ Matt Cory

A 3-member Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was also recently elected consisting of Curtis Cline and David Rakowczyk. Please use the following email address for all ACC requests, concerns or questions, as this will ensure a prompt response from the ACC team:
At the Ashton Ridge HOA Organizational Meeting on October 8, 2025, the following board officers were elected:
